Migration lawyers & registered agents

Your next client is awake right now. It's 2am in Sydney.

Migration enquiries don't arrive between nine and five. They arrive when someone in Manila, Dubai or Delhi finally sits down to sort out their visa. If nobody answers, they message the next agent on the list.

01 / The gap

Migration practices lose enquiries to the clock, not to competitors.

Nothing about the way visa clients reach you fits an Australian business day.

The enquiry arrives in a different time zone

Your office closes at five. Your applicant is on the other side of an eight-hour gap, researching on their evening, which is your dead of night. By the time your team opens the inbox, they've had twelve hours to keep looking.

They are contacting several agents at once

Anyone facing a visa decision has already been told to get a few opinions. They fill in three or four forms in one sitting. Whoever replies first has the conversation, and the conversation is most of the decision.

Deadlines don't move

Bridging visas expire. Review periods close. A person with two weeks left doesn't wait patiently for a callback, and an enquiry that sat unanswered over a weekend may be a matter you can no longer take.

Your team isn't slow. They're asleep, which is a different problem and one that hiring doesn't solve.

02 / What changes

Every enquiry gets an answer within 30 seconds, whatever the hour.

01

WhatsApp, because that's where your clients already are

Most migration enquirers live on WhatsApp, not SMS. The engine replies on whichever channel they used, in your practice's name, so the conversation starts in the app they already have open rather than an email they'll read tomorrow.

02

Bilingual intake, if that's how your clients write

Intake forms and reply templates can run in more than one language. Someone anxious about their status explains their situation far better in their own words, and your team gets a usable enquiry instead of three lines of broken English.

03

Old enquiries worked again, properly

Migration timelines are long. The person who enquired eight months ago and went quiet may now have a new decision, a new refusal, or the funds they didn't have then. We message your unclosed enquiries from the past year, in plain professional language, and the ones still in the market put their hands up.

04

Consultations booked and paid before they reach your diary

If you charge for an initial consultation, payment is taken at booking. That matters more in migration than almost anywhere, because it separates the people ready to engage from the people collecting free opinions.

03 / The boundary

Nothing about a client's file ever enters our system.

Enquiries live with us. Clients live with you.

Passport scans, VEVO checks, visa histories, character documents, decision records. None of that belongs anywhere near an intake platform, and our system has nowhere to put it. No file uploads. No call recording. No case-note fields.

We handle the stage where somebody is still deciding whether to engage you. The moment they do, everything about them belongs in your practice management software, exactly as it does now.

Your registration, your obligations, your files. We don't advise, we don't touch matters, and we never present ourselves as part of your practice to anyone.

04 / Investment

From $950 a month plus GST.

Three tiers, flat monthly retainers, one-time setup from $1,500. No commission, no percentage of your fees, no per-lead charges.

For a practice charging $4,000 to $10,000 a matter, one recovered client covers months of the system. See full pricing →

05 / Questions

Questions migration practices ask.

Do we keep our own number?

Yes. Nothing changes on your website, your MARA listing or your Google profile. Calls forward to us only when nobody answers, and the reply goes out in your practice's name.

Can it handle enquiries in other languages?

Yes. Intake forms and reply templates can be built bilingually. You approve every template before anything goes live, so nothing is sent in your name that you haven't read.

Will it give anyone migration advice?

No, and it's written so it can't be mistaken for it. Replies acknowledge the enquiry, ask for the details your team needs, and book a consultation. Nothing more.

What about clients overseas on international numbers?

WhatsApp handles international numbers without the cost or delivery problems of international SMS, which is one reason it's the default channel for migration builds.

How long until it's live?

Two to three weeks from kickoff, most of it configuration and testing against your real enquiries.

06 / The audit

Find out what an applicant experiences when they call you at 9pm.

Give us your practice name and the number an applicant would call. We do the rest at our cost.

01

This week we call your published number after hours and submit an enquiry through your website, exactly as an applicant would.

02

We log what happened and how long it took. Answered or not. Text back or silence. Callback time. Form response time.

03

You get a short video walking through the timeline. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever speak again.

We don't record calls.

If someone answers, we say who we are and hang up. The audit measures response times and timestamps, not conversations.

Prospects are calling your practice after hours. We'll show you what happens when they do.
